SPG All Purpose BBQ Rub

No rub is more widely used than SPG. A staple at my house, and I'll bet it will be at yours as well once you give it a try.
Stop buying expensive salt at the stores. MAKE YOUR OWN RUB!

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup Kosher Salt NOT Table Salt
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Cracked Pepper Try to use 'Table Ground Pepper"
  • 1/8 cup Granulated Garlic NOT Garlic Powder

Instructions
 

  • Add equal amounts of salt, pepper, and garlic to the bowl and mix well. Feel free to adjust the amounts of each ingredient.

Notes

This rub is my go-to for grilled meats and vegetables.  It's fantastic on grilled chicken, or any type of green vegetable like asparagus and brussel sprouts.
