No rub is more widely used than SPG. A staple at my house, and I'll bet it will be at yours as well once you give it a try. Stop buying expensive salt at the stores. MAKE YOUR OWN RUB!
1/4cupFresh Cracked PepperTry to use 'Table Ground Pepper"
1/8cupGranulated GarlicNOT Garlic Powder
Instructions
Add equal amounts of salt, pepper, and garlic to the bowl and mix well. Feel free to adjust the amounts of each ingredient.
Notes
This rub is my go-to for grilled meats and vegetables. It's fantastic on grilled chicken, or any type of green vegetable like asparagus and brussel sprouts.
